Luxembourg Development Cooperation Agency - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam






Design and support in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Plan for Northeast Vietnam, with Cao Bang as its epicenter, leveraging the exceptional resilience and strategic character that has historically defined the region, and promoting the development and transversal integration of diverse economic activities such as organic agriculture, architecture, traditional crafts and cuisine, exports, quality tourism, etc., through efficient resource management and the professionalization of teams.
Securing funds from public-private partnerships through the regular preparation of reports, manuals, and presentations, combined with intensive fieldwork with the local team and indigenous communities, supervised and coordinated by an international cooperation agency.
Key outcome: Approval of our plan both by the national government and the cooperation agency, and securing funding for its implementation – funding had been frozen or restricted due to a lack of consensus during the two years prior to our involvement.
Mergers & Acquisitions
A.J. Lawrence, serial entrepreneur and investor
Support with the review of potential 7-8 figure acquisitions, identifying possible risks and opportunities and monitoring the negotiation process before submitting the transaction to formal due diligence.
We also assisted A.J. with managing priorities, filtering access, and coordinating cross-departmental efforts for a more cohesive performance across teams.

Business Development. Marketing Plan. SOPs
Lemon Mallorca DMC
Design and execution of the product development strategy, in line with the design and implementation of the marketing plan and the acquisition of new accounts. Optimization of online and offline distribution channels. Development and implementation of standardized procedures. Support in the launch of a new website and management system.
Before our work: Lack of cohesion among the different business areas.
After: +20% net profit 2 years after the design and implementation of a business development plan and operational procedures:




Campaign to promote the cultural heritage of León province
Diputación de León
Support in the planning and execution of different actions coordinated by the Provincial Council in conjunction with the University of León and the Bierzo Regional Council (Communication Plan, organization of events and trade fairs) for the promotion of the cultural, natural and intangible heritage of the province of León, with special focus on the dissemination of its Guarantee Marks and Designations of Origin.
Before our work: Difficulty among the organising bodies in reaching a consensus on a final campaign plan.
After: Priorities established, agreement reached on the allocation of resources and campaign carried out.




Implemented sustainability plan. Promotion of PPPs. Team training
Handspan, Hanoi
Creation and implementation of an action plan within the framework of sustainability applied to the strategy and operations of the company, the oldest tour operator in Vietnam. Training of product and sales teams.
Collaboration on various Destination Management projects in different locations in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, promoted by the national government or regional public departments in collaboration with private companies, Ngos, and local communities.
Key outcome: +25% net profit after 18 months.
Public Relations in Europe for US Accounts
Hustle P.R. Berlín
Providing practical support to an advertising agency in organizing launch campaigns, events, exhibitions, and cultural and artistic festivals in Europe for its US client portfolio. Creating content for advertisements and press releases. Monitoring public opinion and managing negative reviews or adverse situations, mitigating potential reputational damage.
Key outcome: 100% of new and existing accounts managed directly are satisfied.




Promoting stakeholder cohesion in support of the Destination Rejuvenation Plan
Majorcan Hotel Federation -Department of Tourism and Culture of the Balearic Islands
At the request of the federation's president, a successful case study of business model restructuring, which we carried out in conjunction with one of the federation's members, was presented to the assembly. This resulted in widespread support among the members for coordinating a joint strategy that significantly increased profitability.
We also provided support in coordinating and implementing actions to revitalize the destination, working with public and private stakeholders. This support primarily focused on promoting product segmentation, harmonizing online and offline contracting policies, and disseminating a new image of the destination at various international trade fairs.
Key outcome: Average performance among members increased 40% after three years of implementing the joint strategy.
Business management lectures to MBA students
Geneva Business School - Barcelona Campus
Lectures and practical workshops to MBA multinational students, with a special focus on strategy, resource management, international relations and the exploration of different business models really in line with applied sustainability.
Key result: Over 80% of students rated our classes as one of the top three academic programs that had added the most value to their learning in their end-of-year personal feedback.
Awareness and Outreach campaigns

Support in the dissemination of digital and in-person outreach campaigns to promote more responsible, efficient and safe technologies, and to protect the rights of technology users in the areas of health, safety, privacy, the environment, social relations and educational development.
